Ingredients
- 1 cup of homemade milk kefir
- 1/4-1/3 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Optionally sweetener or brown sugar
Instructions
- Blend homemade milk kefir and vanilla extract and stir it well with a fork in the cup. There is no need to use blender as two ingredients blend easily into each other.Â
- If adding sweetener consider adding it in smaller portions to your taste.
