Milk Kefir not Thickening

The reason for milk kefir not thickening could be either a low ratio of kefir grains to milk. Or milk used for fermentation has a too low content of fat.

If you try a different type of milk and get the same result, your grains may be dead or not performing well for some reason.

You can try to revive kefir grains or simply buy new ones. It is a loss but replaceable.
