Milk Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup homemade milk kefir
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: maple syrup or honey to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a glass, top with cacao nibs and bee pollen if desired, and enjoy!
