Ingredients
- 1 cup homemade milk kefir
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1/4 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: maple syrup or honey to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass, top with cacao nibs and bee pollen if desired, and enjoy!
